I’m proud to share my latest release, Gave It Away—a song that reflects a deeply personal journey. Over my lifetime, I’ve come to realise how, as a product of society, I often gave away my own power and sovereignty—piece by piece, without even noticing.
This track is about that awareness. It’s about recognising the ways we’re shaped, conditioned, and sometimes limited—and the moment you begin to take that power back.
What makes this release even more meaningful to me is that I completed it entirely on my own as a songwriter, recording engineer, and producer. Every sound, every word, every decision came from a place of honesty and self-reflection.
Gave It Away isn’t just a song—it’s a turning point. And I’m grateful to finally share it with you
Stay Awhile
There’s something quietly powerful about creating music with someone who just gets it. “Stay Awhile” is one of those rare collaborations that came together not through overthinking, but through presence, trust, and a shared love for the process.
This duet began with xenium, who brought forward the lyrical heart of the track—words that feel intimate, reflective, and gently vulnerable. From there, we let the music unfold naturally. What started as a simple jam session turned into something much deeper, as we explored chords, textures, and melodies together, letting the song reveal itself rather than forcing it into shape.
The production was equally collaborative. Every layer, every decision was shared
“Stay Awhile” lives in that space between connection and stillness. It’s about lingering in a moment, holding onto a feeling just a little longer before it fades. There’s no rush in this track—just an invitation to slow down, listen, and be present.
More than anything, this song is a reflection of the experience behind it: honest, unforced, and deeply enjoyable to create. Sometimes the best music comes not from chasing perfection, but from simply showing up and making something real together.
