I am a sound therapist, counselor and life coach as well and my journey of self development has taught me that perceptions are limited, we are prone to ongoing illusions and delusions as to how we view the world and ourselves. So the collection of songs i have put together are each individually a moment in time that i have captured in creative expression which resulted in a song. What im saying is that at the time that is how i felt but as for the words and emotion captured in the song was it a truth or only the way i was viewing the situation and my feelings at the time. I think the latter.
